At Vavilova Medical Center in Limassol, we often receive patients who have previously undergone medical examinations or lab tests in other countries. Whether you're living in Cyprus or just visiting, we aim to provide continuity of care — with a responsible, professional approach.

Can I schedule an appointment with foreign test results?

Yes! If you’ve done your lab tests, imaging, or check-ups abroad — even a month ago or more — we can absolutely book you in for a consultation with one of our doctors. Our physician will:

Carefully review your lab results
Clarify your medical history and symptoms
Decide if any additional testing is needed
Create or adjust your treatment plan based on your current condition

Please note: further tests may be required depending on your case. The doctor will make this decision during the consultation.

What if I already started treatment in another country?

We understand that many patients begin treatment abroad and want to continue it here. If you were prescribed medications in another country, we may be able to continue the course only if you provide previous medical prescriptions or documentation from your attending physician.
Even better — if possible, we recommend a short call between your current doctor and our team, or a referral letter. This allows us to safely adjust and localize your treatment according to Cypriot protocols.

Important: IV Therapy & Blood Tests

Please note:

IV drips (infusions) are prescribed only after lab tests.
You cannot self-prescribe an IV or request it "just in case" — this is a medical procedure that must follow physician’s directions.
Blood tests are also performed only with a referral from a doctor at our clinic.
