Ozone Therapy and Health Support After Wildfires

Dear friends!
Cyprus has gone through a difficult time, and we cannot remain indifferent.

Vavilova Medical Center would like to offer you support and help in restoring your strength.
We provide ozone therapy IV drips – a method that helps saturate your cells with oxygen and electrolytes, support immunity, and speed up recovery.

⚠️ Important: Ozone therapy is not performed in cases of hypothyroidism and thrombocytopenia.

To ensure the drips are safe and effective, you need to take the following blood tests beforehand:
FBC (Full Blood Count)
TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone)

Best current preventive measures:
  • Rinse your nose with seawater or colloidal silver solutions
  • Do not breathe pure oxygen directly from a cylinder without medical guidance
  • If you are suffering from a cough or other symptoms, make sure to see a doctor without delay to avoid complications.

You can also take:
  • N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) – supports lung protection and helps thin mucus.
Recommended dosage: 600 mg 2–3 times per day

  • Glutathione (liposomal or spray) – replenishes glutathione levels to neutralize toxins from smoke.Dosage: 1 teaspoon twice a day or 2 sprays twice a day

  • Vitamin C and E – powerful antioxidants that reduce inflammation and protect cells.
Vitamin C: 500–1 000 mg/day (up to 3 000–6 000 mg/day if tolerated)
Vitamin E: up to 15 mg/day (usually taken together for synergy)

  • Vitamin D₃ – supports immunity and reduces the risk of respiratory infections.
Dosage: 1 000–2 000 IU/day (higher if deficient, up to 5 000–10 000 IU under medical supervision)

  • Selenium – boosts detoxification and glutathione activity, protects against heavy metals.
Dosage: 200 µg/day (do not exceed 400 µg)

  • Omega‑3 fatty acids – have anti-inflammatory properties, support respiratory and cardiovascular health.
Dosage: 1–2 g/day (EPA + DHA) or from food sources (fish, flaxseed, nuts)

  • Curcumin (Turmeric extract) – antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
Dosage: 500–1 000 mg/day with good bioavailability (liposomal form recommended)

Nutrition and lifestyle.

Eat foods rich in antioxidants: colorful fruits and vegetables (carrots, oranges, red peppers, berries), greens, cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage), garlic, onions, nuts, and seeds.
• Consume foods high in iron, calcium, and zinc – they help reduce the load of heavy metals from ash.
• Drink ginger tea, turmeric tea, or thyme tea – they help reduce inflammation.
• Stay well-hydrated – drink plenty of water, coconut water, or electrolytes to help flush out toxins.

We can also offer other IV drips (glutathione, vitamins, etc.) at a discounted rate after a consultation with our doctor.

Take care of yourselves and your loved ones!
